Meet all sorts of performers, exciting gypsy caravans, and multitudes of colorful street vendors. Traditionally, all who come wear masquerade-like masks, though now only a fraction of those who show up actually do.

INTERNATIONAL BALL
The annual ball held, this year, in the tree-city of Riverwood in the Emerald Forest. There will be dancing, feasting, and all sorts of magnificent and wonderful surprises planned by the Council.
